Ruby Tuesday

In all of my 30 years on earth, I’ve never had to write a negative review. However, I would like to save someone else the trouble and money. First of all, our server was so scattered. We tried to give her a chance but she didn’t prove herself worthy from start to finish. Unfamiliar with the menu and apparently her role. The food was not great. We received penne noodles with shredded cheese on top as our “Mac and cheese” side?? What? Then we ordered dessert, our got brownie was so cold i could thump it. It tasted like frozen cake and OLD! The manager cake out and asked if i wanted another one? No thanks! Get me out of here! Looked at my ticket and really got angry that I was spending that amount money on subpar food. Last time there.... I’ll choose chik fila next time! Thanks Ruby Tuesday’s!

the staff was very friendly but it didn't compensate for the food. it wasn't that good and when I decided to order a dessert it took almost 30 mins. we finally decided to cancel it because it was ridiculous and my son was getting restless.

Well, the husband and I decided we would come here one friday night, We were not greeted as we came in so we went to seat ourselves, I guess nobody must have seen us also because it was another ten minutes before someone came over. Eventually, we were able to place our orders, My husband got a ribeye and I got the salad bar. For the most part the salad bar was stocked, however I had a time finding a dish that was clean. My husband's ribeye was undercooked when it came to us so we sent it back. However, it was burnt when we got it back. Based off of this, I don't think I'd want to go back personally.

I recently visited this location after not going there for a while and was pleasantly surprised by their Brunch Menu on Sundays! It has a variety of items and my entree was delicious. Also, the staff was very pleasant and the Manager even stopped by to see how we were enjoying ourselves. I will definitely be back!

I would not recommend for you to eat at this Ruby Tuesday location. Go anywhere else ... but stay away from this place. First, their salad bar - you know the one they pride themselves on - leaves a lot to be desired. The plates were dirty, or at least every three out of five of them were. The lettuce was spolied - black and slimy. The broccoli was wilted and white and the carrots looked like they had been out on the serving line for two weeks. The service was not friendly and was far from helpful. I also noticed other patrons sending their drinks back to the bar and food items back to the kitchen. I will not go back to this restaurant any time in the near future.
