The flavored tea is good and yes you do get refills.The only thing you might incounter is maybe service. You will maybe get your waiter to come to your table to see how your doing or maybe have someone take your order in a timely matter. This has been the case ever since they reopened. Dont sit in the front corner near the sidewalk because you will be forgot and unseen.You will find your self going up to the counter to get your own refills and maybe place your own order. It has happen to me twice on a busy night.I have no bad feelings nor do you get any in return is just maybe the lack of communication. Do try it out and be heard when you want to order.
