Dr. Fleming F Chen, MD

I had the worst experience with this office. I waited almost 3 hours to see the doctor. Because I have PPO plan, the office charged me $200 up front. They said they will reimburse me once they get paid by my insurance. I'm not sure if it's legal to do this anyway. It's been 6 months and I still have not gotten any reimbursement. When I complained to the staff, the lady said it's not her fault that my insurance company won't pay them. However, my insurance company said Dr. Chen's office never billed them for my visit. After the insurance company called on my behalf, Dr. Chen's staff finally billed my insurance company twice, but each time with a wrong code! WORST STAFF EVER!!! Don't go here unless you have 3 hours to kill and money to waste! Otherwise you'll be waiting for your reimbursement at their mercy just like me!
