They should be shut down. Worst service we've ever experienced with a medical group. They have the rudest customer service, they confuse and mishandle all claims and paperwork. Their policy is that NO ONE can give you information or help with questions regarding claim status etc. the only way to reach them is by e-mail and guess what! they NEVER answer their e-mails. Our doctor and other healthcare providers are also aware of their incompetent "service" and advised me to change medical groups, so we did. I had to give them one star because there is no option for a 0 rating. It's unusual for me to complain or give bad reviews but these people should be shut down.
