        Lost packages

        Good Afternoon, my name is Sylvia Cha. I am a resident at 1799 cherokee dr. unit 1 salinas, ca 93906.

        I lost my 3 packages in the last 3 months and I reported it to salinas post office, carrier supervisor's telepone number is 757- 0218. When I reported it to him, he said that he couldn't find which carrier was in charge of zip code 93906 because there were several carriers during that time periods. He also said that he would tell carriers to take extra careful to place packages when it comes to Northgate Village where I reside. I understand that everybody make mistakes but 3 packages were lost for 3 months in spite of being reported to the supervisor? It is out of ordinary.

        Thanks to my merchant, they will replace my order this time. I am very unpleasant and annoied by fact that I lost my 3 packages in the last 3 months. It never happend until 3 months ago.
