Perks Coffee Cafe

Perks is located in the old Pick N Save strip mall and may be one of the best kept secrets in Monroe. The owner and staff are friendly and so is the crowd that gathers there regularly. But the food and coffee/tea drinks are even better. There are always at least 2 regular coffees and 2 decaf (one flavored and one not of each) that sit in insulated decanters for easy refills. Besides that, there are at least 3 black boards listing additional concoctions that can be ordered.



There is always at least one weekly special that ranges from quiche to sandwiches or possibly a salad. The prices are reasonable and half orders are available. The regular menu has several salads, a variety of sandwiches, and soups are listed daily. There are breakfast sandwiches available during business hours and home made cookies, deserts, scones, etc. vary weekly as well.
