Nice, friendly store to shop at. Although some prices may tend to be a little bit higher on some items, I suspect that it is due to the high usage of Louisiana Food Purchase Cards, plus the isolation of the location of the grocery store for this area of town. Regardless, the Wednesday sale papers & in-store specials “even the playing field” quite a bit. May not have the exotic food items found in larger stores in “better neighborhoods,” but I would not hesitate to shop there at any time of day or night. The store has a great selection of fresh foods and overall competitive selections and prices.
