Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

There were two of us there on a Sunday dinner time. They were busy-I give them that. We went with a gift card my boy friend got from his boss. I hadn’t been there in a number of years and I remember having a big hot juicy pineapple burger. Atmosphere had been happy and clean. What a difference I experienced!!!! We were seated in good time. Waitress took our orders in good time. Our food didn’t come until after 2 larger parties had been served. When our plates finally arrived, my burger was lukewarm, the fries were limp and it didn’t have the bacon on it. The size was closer to a McDonalds quarter pounder. Small. My burger was called the A-1 steak burger, so I asked for some A-1 to amp up the flavor. Waitress said they don’t have A-1. Only Heinz 57! HUH? My boyfriend had ordered a hamburger but he got a chicken sandwich. The waitress checked her notes and said, yes, he had ordered a burger. So he got to watch me eat while he waited for his burger. If you are still reading, there is more. The manager finally showed up to apologize. I was pleased with that. No offer of discount on the tab. She asked us if she could get anything else for us. My boyfriend said sure he would like a second beer. To which I said “this one is on the House right?” She said no she couldn’t do that. We didn’t see her again and the beer never came. Our waitress finally gave us our tab. The beer that we never got was still on our check! Sheesh! It seemed over the top with mistakes and lack of concern whether we would ever come back. WHICH I WON’T!

This was my first time visit to a Red Robin and I was very disappointed. Our food came out cold and when it came back wasn't even edible. My prime rib dip was so soggy I couldn't even pick it up. The french onion soup had no onions and burnt cheese on top. Although the manager was apologetic and comped our bill the server nor manager told us they zeroed the whole bill and left us sitting there for a half hour waiting for a check. I will not be returning and won't recommend this location to anyone.

My girlfriend and I went to this location to celebrate. The service was not anywhere what I expected. Our appetizers came 5 minites after our meal arrived and our refills took 3 requests and 15 minutes. Right before our departure Justin walked by our table to ask how things were going. While we were disappointed we only mentioned the unnecessary fries we purchased with our meal because they arrived after the meal. Justin must have known of the other issues because he came back with a zeroed out bill. This meant more to us then he realized. I can't express how grateful we are. Justin exceptional customer service will have us coming back.

The food there is far better than what I expected -- make sure you get a shake when you go. Service was awesome too -- very friendly & attentive.
