Great Clips

by no way is this the correct name for this company --i had the worst experience ever ---i told the stylist to leave my hair long enough to braid and she proceeded to shave with #3 and shaved all the way around my ears so they were like two bald spots---i left not wanting to cause a scene as i was too mad to say anything in front of other customers so i called and left a message with my return # about my dissatisfaction. to this day no response or even a courtesy call. i ended up having to army shave underneath my hair in order to have it presentable---all of this after i expressed i just wanted a trim and it took me 7 months to grow out. now i am back to square 1...trying to grow out my hair again..never will i trust anyone else with my hair ---especially bad clips...my advice move on to a more qualified place and dont go with convience of time to get a quick trim here...
