My mom passed away in August by November $41.95 was already sent to collections my mom's condition required her to interact with these heartless ppl weekly or either bi weekly we never received condolences just thirst for pmt,I called to advise my siblings and I would handle it as soon as we could with what all we have going on I'm a single mother of three; two college students and a athlete my brother is a retired veteran and my sister is out of state with two children,yet they continue to send harassing statements now from Quad Corporation I assure you I would travel a thousand miles before ever dealing with this place; again I will process the pmt for my mother's sake as she prided her life by keeping her credit good but whatever happened to holding an acct?the absolute worst and then the ppl are the rudest no sympathy, empathy or nothing just nasty!!!!!I'll make sure to bring you pennies for pmt expect them!!!!
