I love Dumas!!! Their meats are the best around. They have awesome employees who are so very courteous and knowledgeable. I will not go ang where else for my new York strip steaks that are cut to order and they bring the first piece to you to make sure thats how you want it!!!

Best meat place around. Gotta try their seasoned hamburger patties. I go there atleast 2 times a months. Also their barbq beef sticks are the best ever. Everything is made on site. All the meat is raised, made and processed on site. Nothing is fresher than this place. Great mear bundles and their peanut butter crunch whip... OMG Im addicted to this stuff.

I've had nothing but good service, and quality products from Duma. Always friendly. I've only been there a dozen times or so, but It's been a good experience each time. I pay less elsewhere, but I almost always say " dang, I should have went to Duma". The quality is usually so much better.

I've been buying my meats and cheeses from Duma's for several years and have always been happy w/the service and quality of their products even though I've noticed prices climbing as of late (lower prices and homegrown meats were the attractions when I started buying) which is making the choice of traveling and buying in bulk more questionable, am I still saving?

As far as the comments about GMO seeds being used for the feed of their cattle.. I've done some research on these seeds and products derived form them such as feed.. Unfortunately, because GMOs aren’t currently labeled in the U.S., you have no way of knowing whether or not you’re eating them. Roughly 85% of all grocery store foods contain GMOs, and there only a handful of sure-fire ways to avoid them:



1. Opt to buy single-ingredient certified organic food.

2. Choose Non-GMO Verfied labeled foods.

3. Grow your own open-pollinated, heirloom variety plants.

4. Know your farmer and ask pointed questions about his or her growing practices, then opt to support GMO-free growing.

So in closing, 85% of all grocery store foods contain GMOs? Those of you who bash food providers such as Duma for what they feed their cattle, stop shopping for food all together and continue to live in your bubble!

I liked Dumas until they confirmed they use GMO in their meats! I will not buy from them again until they stop. Genetically Modified Organisms is very dangerous and should be taken seriously especially by a meat provider that customers trust and feed their family! If you research the effects of GMO seeds that are used for corn to feed the cattle and then your family eats the meat which leads to serious health issues even after eating them for the first time like allergies, cancer and immune and intestinal problems in your children. Please make them aware of your concerns so they can stand up for whats right and change to non GMO meat. I would love to go back as a customer but instead will go to another natural provider

My experience with Duma Meats was good prices, very knowledgeable counter service and best of all GREAT tasting meals!!!! I have purchased beef steaks, ribs, pork chops, hamburger and chicken. Glad I found you at the Hartville Marketplace!

Duma's meat market in Mogodore, once a pinnacle of quality, has become disappointing of late. Their quality suffers, their beef is becoming grainy, and they have no problem selling spoiled meat with no effort made towards remedying bad experiences. Thank you Beverly Duma for the impressionable customer service non-effort.



After years of steady business, I will now be heading elsewhere for my steaks.
