        Made several phone calls requesting to speak with someone regarding refinancing our home. One person called me, said she was extremely busy and would get back to me. She never did. Called back, explained the situation and requested information again. I was assured that someone would contact me. It has been 10 days and I have yet to hear from Wells Fargo. Extremely disappointed, will be taking my business to B of A
