        We were visiting from out of town and had a screw in our tire. We stopped at Ramona Tire on La Paz without an appointment and they took care of us right away. It was so nice to have someone help without a long wait and get us back on the road so quickly. Huge Kudos to Ramona Tire!

        All the guys there were really helpful. Dave at the counter was polite and very knowledgeable. They did what they said they would and in a timely manner. Will definitely recommend them.

        I called the La Paz location and was greeted by Jason. I told him the situation and he said they were busy as well but would be happy to take me in and service my car. Jason went above and beyond and took care of me. Once I arrived Jason greeted me and my son and said not too worry they would take care of us and get us on the road. That is what I call Customer Service. He did not turn away business and helped us out with a smile on his face. They were able to get us out at 3:50pm!!!! No one stayed late. I hope who ever reads this gives a big Kuddos to Jason who does not say no to money and really goes the extra mile for his customers!!! Thank you Jason.

        I had my timing belt done plus rear shocks and spark plugs. The service was good. The price seemed a bit high though. It is in a convenient location to wait for the car and do some shopping. Overall good experience.
