My wife and I have used Perry Automotive for the past 2 years. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this business!

This is an attempt to equal the playing field... we service 1000 plus vehicles a month and have only 2 to 5 complaints a month that we are always trying to make right... great ratio....

I took my car there to get fixed and they fixed it fast and they fixed it right. I feel like I can trust perry automotive.

Took my cars in for an oil change, Both times without my consent to do anything more than an oil change-this "repair shop" came back with a laundry list of things that needed to be "fixed" !

Most of which had been already repaired or were replaced from living in another state!

Nobody asked them to run a "diagnostic scan or any other scan for that matter... All I know is my cars both ran perfectly before going into that place for just a routine oil change and both have not ran correctly since!

I'm not outwardly accusing but it does not take an Einstein to put two+two together. They intentionally go looking for things to be wrong without permission on a simple task of an oil change running a diagnostic test that they normally would charge for if a customer would request it, Very strange.

Don't recommend this place and really, someone at a government level should look into their tactics.

Perry Automotive doesn't even deserve ONE STAR!!

My initial appointment was rescheduled for the next day because of the lift schedule issues. So after taking two days for a simple oil change, they say they aren't going to do it at all because of rust underneath!

Why have me come back a second time when u knew about the rust on day one, which is why I was rescheduled in the first place!!! I wasted time & fuel two days in a row for nothing!!!

I am dissatisfied and irritated.

Worst automotive experience I've had. I like most others have spent thousands of dollars on car repairs and maintenance over the years. I have lived in multiple states and have owned multiple vehicles needing services. The experience dealing with Perry Automotive has been the low point of them all and I've had some bad ones.

Do not use Perry Automotive! Find a place that is worthy of your hard earned money and will show you the decency a customer deserves.
