I wish I can give this place ten stars! I am so grateful to have found such a unique salon. My stylist specializes in hair care not just hair styling. When I came to the salon my hair and scalp were in poor condition. My stylist knew exactly what to do and now I get compliments everywhere I go. I can't thank her enough. The salon is state of the art., always nice and clean. Everyone is extremely professional. I look forward to my "me" time away from life's hustle and bustle when I'm there.

Totally different experience. I had an emergency the day prior to my daughter's first communion. My go to stylist cancelled on me and after visiting 3 other shops which also turn me down because I didn't schedule, they took me almost at closing time. We got out there very late but the owner and her staff took a big weight of me by taking care of us. My daughter was very happy on her Communion day. I since then have been going back for my usual and recommended couple of my friends. Great Service. Keep up the good work guys.

Wow! I had the exact same experience. I was treated like she was doing me a favor by letting me pay her to perform a service. When I first walked in, she looked at me, and then instantly looked away, refusing to make eye contact. Thereafter, she not only rolled her eyes at me, but mumbled when she spoke to me. It was as if I did something to her personally. I'll never know whether or not she's a capable hairdresser, but I can assure you that her personality leaves much to be desired. I would love to support a Jamaican-owned business, but this will not be one of them. Her disorganization was astounding for a business owner, and seems quite incapable of running a business. I found her to be ignorant and classless. There are plenty of other salons in the area, she will never see my business and I will tell everyone I know not to go there.

Adrene, the salon owner, is no...

Adrene, the salon owner, is not perfessional at all. This was the WORST Salon experience I've ever experienced. She tells you one thing on the phone and pretends as if you discussed another. I only stayed because my daughter was looking to have her first hair experience and I did not want to disappoint my daughter. Adrene turned her back to me as I was talking, but I am one to usually not let stupid people bother me, and since she wasn't doing my daughters hair, I just ignored her rudeness. I will never recommend this salon ever. I am not sure how long this place will exist. When you come across people liker Adrene you need to get away. I felt sorry for The lady that actually did my daughters. I hope she finds another salon to work out of, because working out of that place you will never be successful. It's a sad enviornment for a business. The eye rolls and the odd looks reminds me of a slow person who just so happened to get a loan to open a spot but has no clue in running a business. My friend only recommended the place for the other lady, but its so hard to be around stupid people! I will definately spread the word on this so called business. If you want to find professionals stay away from this place, it will be your worst nightmare. She should be very careful who she acts unprofessional with. I'll be sure everyone knows about this place. There are more deserving people who are actually thankful for customers that deserve your money.

Don’t waste your time or money

I saw this salon online and it seemed nice so I called to make an appointment. I should have known from the beginning to not even bother. A girl answered the phone and I asked her a question about what services they provided and next thing I knew she hung up on me. I called back and asked if there was something wrong with the phone since she hung up and her response was that she thought I was done. What kind of business answers the phone that way and expects to get clients? Who hangs up on another person without so much as a “goodbye” or asking if they would like to make an appointment? Wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt, I made an appointment anyway. A week later I walked into the store and the two stylists working simply stared at me without so much as a “hello.” I told them I was there for my appointment and they said that the person I was scheduled with was on a Leave of Absence. Why would appointments be booked for someone who was not there? What kind of operation doesn’t have some kind of system to see who is available? Also, since my appointment was booked a week in advance and I left my phone number, it’s unbelievable that no one would look at the schedule at some point to see the error. This salon is a joke! The stylist who I spoke with (I’m not sure if she was the owner, although she mentioned about “her” receptionist) was not even apologetic for the mix up or offered any type of solution. The attitude was that this was my problem, now leave. I asked if someone else could do my hair since the error was on their part (again, not that any attempt was made to retain me as a client) and they said I would have to come back the next day. This was not feasible since I was going away on a trip (hence wanting to get my hair done). I mentioned that they should look into a new receptionist because of all the trouble with me making my appointment and the stylist got argumentative, stating that it was another stylist who booked the appointment, as if that made it ok. I understand mistakes happen, but it was their complete lack of customer service and bad attitude that really makes this a zero star establishment.
