Affordable Home Insurance Agency

So I am gettin non renewed by a firm in Fort Walton Beach just like 150 other people. I called that outfit for 2 weeks with no response. Then I make a call to Brian B. at Affordable Home Insurance and in the matter of a 10 minute conversation, Brian told me how to save $800 just by being a down to earth agent. He explained that I probably had discounts in my home that no one even suggested that I did. GUESS WHAT, I did. I found this Ins Comp by accident and called because I couldnt believe some of the rates people were getting. They gave me info other companies didnt, and I felt comfortable with the way they handled business. I bought this ins for around $1400 and saved almost $500 over the next closest rate through another comp. Then about 3 months later I received 6 different letters in the mail from Affordable Home Ins, all with different rates, prices, and info regarding my policy. I called and they told me it was just documentation stating wind mit, flood, etc. About a week after that I got another letter in the mail stating that my ins was about to be canceled. I called them immediately and the said I owed an extra $150. I stated that I paid the 1st year up-front which is standard, and she said they had made a mistake when filing my ins and that i needed to pay the difference. By the time my mortgage company paid the extra thru escrow, my ins was canceled and they raised my rate.

Brian B., is top-notch!! He even suggested a wind mitigation to reduce our insurance. First time I heard of such a thing. Saved me over $600 for $75!! I was elated. Hope I never have to use the insurance...but if I do...somehow I think they will be just as helpful. Also...tried to talk and ask in Crestview and two agents that I contacted...NEVER called me back. Brian B. did! Hightly recommended!! Go Affordable!!

I just purchased a new homeowner's polciy with this agency and all I can say is WOW! I dealt with Ken Spraggins, outstanding customer service and always available to help me along the way. The best part is, I am now saving money and have increased my coverage amounts! Thanks Ken for all your efforts and keeping my best interest in mind, I will be back!
