lost my car on there lot called to find out if it was ready and was told that i missed my apointment . they towed the car in.When they found it it had the KEYS still in it.sons car 6 trany repair finaly took car back on lemon law,they were no help fought us all the way.

Cory D and Friendly Chevrolets Service took great care of me!

My aging Chevrolet Diesel 4x4 was starting badly and running even worse so I brought it to my local tune up spot hoping for a quick (cheap) fix. Nope Estimate for new Injectors and a bunch of other stuff that I was told had to be done right away was 2167.00 Sounded like way more than I should spend on a 2002 but my neighbor suggested Friendly Chevrolets Service and in particular Cory Denekamp might be able to help or at least verify the cost of repairs. Called Cory made and appt and dropped the truck off expecting the worst. Less than an hour later he called me at home with good and bad news....Diesel fuel was bad and would cost 184.00 to Drain tank and replace filters...That sounded like good news to me so the bad news? Wouldn't be done for another hour....Hahaha funny guy and a pleasure to deal with! Thanks Cory Roger Benson Fridley Mn

Horrible Service

Don't take your car there to be serviced. They will make the repair, do a half-arse job and then take no responsibility when you are left stranded because of their mistakes. Do your research and go to a local mom & pop repair place where they guarantee their work and take pride in it. These people have no conscience in how they treat you.

Hands Down, The Best!

There are no words to describe the appreciation I have for everyone at Friendly! They are true to their name! We worked with Nick, Donny & Greg and they went FAR above and beyond our expectations and they as a dealer sacrificed THEIR OWN earnings in order to make US happy, and get our deal to work. We were looking at a 2011 Silverado LT and they knew where we wanted to be payment wise and they made it happen. This is the second vehicle we've purchased from them and I can say, hands down, without a doubt, as long as they're in business, we will not go anywhere else. Bought a used Impala from Friendly a year and a half ago. Hadn't had any problems with it until a week ago. Brought it to a local garage when my check enging light came on last week. They explained that they would hook it up to the scanner and find out what was going on. After about an hour they told me my intake was starting to leak and that it would cost me upwards of $1100 to fix. Deciding to get a second opinion, I drove to Friendly(since I had bought it there). After an intial inspection in which the service guy couldn't see any leaks from the intake, I agreed to pay for them to scan it again. ) Turned out to be some part I had never heard of (vent valve something or other). Anyway, instead of paying $1100 at Galaxy Auto, I spend $280 at Friendly and my car is running fine. I'll definately be going back. By they way, they washed and vaccumed my car too. Nice touch.

I usually dread buying vehicles, however I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Friendly. Wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, but the salesperson was patient(not at all pushy). They gave me more for my trade that I even expected too. By far the best car buying experience I've ever had

They are Friendly and exceeded all of our expectations

We contacted Patrick over the internet regarding a New Traverse and our needs. He promptly went outside the dealership (on a below zero snowing evening) and found the exact vehicle we wanted with a very good price. The vehicle was ready for delivery the next day and Patrick explained the vehicles options completely. We are very satisfied and will see them again soon for our next purchase. Great people to do business with

All the people at Friendly Chevrolet were just terrific. My wife and I were simply suprised how they lived up to thier name of FRIENDLY Chevrolet. They gave us thier best price right up front. We did not need to have to play games to get a good deal. Then after we bought the car we noticed something wrong with the car. So we called Dan Cooper and told him what we found wrong and he said "no problem" and had us bring the car in and they fixed it the same day. I will never buy another car from anyone else. Thank You!

Great Dealership

I have purchased my last 2 trucks from Friendly Chevrolet and I will buy my next one there too. They are easy to deal with and have been more than fair on any warranty issues over the years. They have a large selection of vehicles and great service hours. I used to buy from another local dealership, but Friendly Chev is my only dealer now.
