John gave a quote over the phone and said they "do it right" and use camera to document the cleaning. Dan came out, his camera was left in the van and he said it was too cold to work so I never got the photos. If they offer video camera with EVERY cleaning (like their ad states) why would you leave it in the car so it doesn't work??? They used excessive spraying of chemical that's supposed to kill dust and mold spores and the spray left a film on every surface throughout the house. They had said I wouldn't need to cover furniture or anything before they cleaning--obviously wrong advice as I had to wipe everything down afterward. Later it still felt dusty in the house and when I called Done Right again they refused to come back and take the pictures that were included with the cleaning. I consulted another company and they found some of the ducts were not cleaned thoroughly. I wish I would have checked with National Air Duct Cleaners Association for reliable information!

When the carpet cleaner comes out and says he is going to inject things into your carpet to take care of the pet problems,go look out your front window and look for the circus and parade to march in front of your house.Scam all the way baby.

Someone named John came to my house to clean our carpet. I set the appt. by phone, the day before. The phone estimate was $140 for 5 rooms and 1 hallway. There was an additional $10 per injection for pet stains. When John got to my house, he went around with a black light to detect the pet stains. He told me the total added up to $650. I told him that I had to call my husband. He seemed very irritated by that. I guess he thought that I would accept any total that he gave me??? I also think he knew that my husband would think he was crazy! Our carpet is 6 mos. old, and there were only 9 stains. Anyway, my husband said that he wouldn't even think about paying that much until we get rid of the dog. John was very angry. I asked him if he could give me a copy of the quote. After SCRIBBLING it on a scrap piece of paper, he told me not to call unless I was sure I was going to get the carpet cleaned because I was wasting his time! Once we got rid of the dog, do you think I called him?
