My daughter and I love our aparment in St. Louis Park. The nieghbors are great and Sela Investments is a great place to rent from. John in maintenence is super friendly and really handy to have on site!. We love the location resting right on Minneahaha Creek and we have taken full advantage of this spending our summers rafting and kayaking the creek. (weather permitting) , unfortunately this year has been limited with water levels to high to get under the bridges frown emoticon Looking forward to more fun later in the summer. I have lived at a Sela Investments property for over three years. I love Amy Gonyea the landlord. Sela Investments has truly made my life complete, and secure. If there has ever been an issue, I notify maintenance, and Amy. I have watched Amy work with a number of residents, she is by far the most caring and loving landlord ever in history. My apartment is beautiful, the building is always clean and organized. I cant believe what the person wrote about there damage deposit. My guess is the apartment was left dirty, and there was probably damage. I have never witnessed Amy to be rude or upset with any resident. The opposite I have witnessed to be loyal, caring and truthful.

I have known Amy for years and lived on Sela properties on and on for ten year. When times got bad with the economy losing my job etc.. I found myself being late on rent a few times. Most companies would make a big deal and send you out on the streets. Amy and the folks at Sela are understanding and are willing to work things out. That says a lot about a person.

I started renting with Sela a year and a half ago, and couldn't be happier. I've lived all over the United States and I have to say this is my favorite apartment, and favorite landlord as well. When had problems with my fridge, it was replaced within the day, the same with my stove. If anything needs to be taken care of, it's always done in a very timely manner. The staff are very friendly and kind hearted and will do what they can to help out and be understanding, especially Ed, Joy and Amy Gonyea. I will definitely be living here until I can buy a house!

I have lived in two different apartments through Sela Investments, over the last 5 years. The attention to cleanliness of the properties is outstanding. The customer service I receive when calling the Sela Investments offices continues to be superior. I find their employees to be caring, prompt and professional. Amy Gonyea, the manager, is always hands on and personally involved in continuing to make sure that her residents are happy. She follows up with the residents after issues to make sure the resolution was to your standards and often goes above and beyond to ensure your expectations are exceeded. I can not begin to that Sela Investments and Amy Gonyea enough for providing me a safe, comfortable, clean, well maintained place to live and call home.
