Pump it Up

This place is absolutely ridiculous! First of all, it only took the order on the phone without any confirmation of the day. They took the wrong order and without any apology or respect, immediately blame it on the customer. Second, they not only left all the guests in the party room right after we confronted their fault, but also left the kids to take the gift bags on their own. Some of the kids didn't take even get a gift bag. There are many other things about this whole experience that disappointed more than 20 families that attended the birthday party. We want Pump it up Milpitas to give us a solution to the problem, but their ignorance really make us speechless. They wouldn't settle this and help us to correct the problem, but all they did is arguing that it's all our fault and the kids family and all guests to take the responsibility. Rather than reflecting on what they did wrong, all they care is getting the money from you.



Think about your kids, if you want them to have a good time and your friends to enjoy the time with their kids, don't ever pick this place. The staffs are absolutely rude and irresponsible.



There could be good reviews that you've heard about, but would you risk your kids' one and only birthday party and disappoint your friends? What would you say to your guests when such bad thing happens upon your invitation?



We host the party with a good family friend, we wouldnt care how much we would spend to make our kids happy, but we all regret coming here so bad that we sincerely recommend all parents to consider our petition.
