Victoria represented me for my Chapter 7 bankruptcy case. She's very organized and thorough when compiling the information for your case.



The first meeting was technically free, but after listening to her, answering all my questions about the process, I decided on the spot to hire her to represent me.

In order for the process to go smoothly you have to make sure you bring all the required documents that she asks, and complete any processes that are required prior to the second meeting.



In less than a month, she had filed my case filed with the court. From then on, it was all mostly hands off for me. She took care of all the case related work. I just had to attend the meeting of creditors, and she was there accompanying me. In total, the process took about four months.



She is very diligent about keeping in touch with you, and promptly replies to your emails, and calls. I am very pleased with her work. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a smart, reliable, and responsible lawyer to represent you for bankruptcy filing.

Victoria is an excellent lawyer and a very nice person which is from my experience is a rare combination. I had nothing to compare her services to (thank God that was the first and hopefully last time I had to file bankruptcy) until we got to the Creditors meeting. They let us into the room with 4 other lawyers and their clients. Judge dismissed them all - their paperwork was either filed incorrectly or parts of it were missing. So she told them to fix it and come back some other time. We were the only ones who got our case heard. She asked us a few simple questions and we were done. 5 stars for Victoria.
