CTBC Bank

This bank was a nightmare for obtaining a loan (which 60 days later there has still been no loan produced). This bank, especially David Lin, will feed you lies to buy time to delay any progress on providing a loan. I initially used this bank to obtain a loan to buy a home and lost out on my dream home.... This lender never had any intention of providing a loan, even though I provided all requested forms in a timely manner. I ultimately lost my dream home because the sellers cancelled my contract after this bank and David Lin lied about being able to close on time and about having closing documents available. This bank will manipulate, steal, and lie and in the end you will lose. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this bank!
