The Milford Bank

The treatment by teller 06-10 was servile. She could not address a simple request of amortization. Though I made my request simple and asked for pay off date of my mortgage three times her adjacent teller says she can guess and through the computer gives me the exact pay off date. Then calls it a maturity date. I did not ask about a CD/Bond or her abilities.

Frankly if they treat me in this manner, what are they doing to mentally challenged or very senior customers or even people who trust tellers.. I write this to protect others.
