The Midland County Educational Service Agency provides support services to improve and enhance the educational process in cooperation with constituent districts, schools and the community. The school district is located in Midland, Mich., offering various other services, including a variety of schools and special education programs. Its special education services department provides center-based classroom programs for student population with physical and mental disorders.
