Provided by SuperpagesTook my 2006 Honda Minivan in for a brake job.There was 66000 miles on the original brakes. spent some time discussing that i wanted excellent quality parts to be used and was assured that would be the case. 23000 miles later ( a little less than 1/3 the life of the original brakes) i had noises coming from the front wheels, had a mechanic friend take a look and he told me the front brakes were metal on metal. I called fountaindale and was told that it was 2 yrs and 4 months since the work was done and that the warranty period was over and sorry about my luck. I then called the main office as, my work had been done at the Frederick location, and asked to speak to the owner, was told that a message would be passed to him directly and that I would be contacted. No call, $750 wasted on a job i was assured would be the highest quality parts and workmanship.IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Provided by SuperpagesI had two Transmissions replaced by Fountaindale in 2 years. After they put in the second transmission and after spending about $5,000, I had a check engine light that was on that had never been on before and the cruise control did not work that worked before they did any work to the car. They told me about these problems before I drove off the lot. They said they would fix them when I brought the car in for an oil change. Then I brought the car in for an oil change they said they had nothing to do with the problems and said they would have to charge me for them. I believe that a business should be good to their word and take care of what they say they will do. I believe if you have any problems that they caused make sure you get it fixed before you leave their lot or do not use their service at all. I will not be taking any of my vehicles back again.
