This ia a great FHA direct local lender. All the loan officers have a minimum of 15 plus years in the business as Direct Mortgage Bankers. They have an exclusive Ship Shape program for FHA homes that need some extra TLC. I just purchased my first home closed in 30 days. I bought the house for 90K and they gave me 20K to redo the enrire inside of the home, paint kitchen new floors. The final apparised value was 164K giving me over 50K in equity!
