        They dont care about their customers I will never even go there again the suck I can see why they are losing business

        I was in Winn Dixie store # 0093 Middleburg, FL. shopping today when their lights went down while I was in self checkout line, While trying to check out my debit card would not swipe properly due to being worn out we stood in checkout for nearly 25 minutes. I'm not complaining but I thought my card had insufficient funds but it was the system down. We had 2 employees working with us Jo and Airaka they were superb and very patient. I went on to try to take money from the atm to finish paying off my bill and it wouldn't accept my card because of the swiper bar being worn out. I went back to the register and I told them I didn't know what else to do so Airaka ran out to her car and came back in, she was going to pay for the remainder of my bill almost $50. I wasn't going to let her do that but my whole purpose for writing this review was because of what she did. You don't find people like that these days. She was so kind to even consider such a thing. Long story short I had to call home to get another form of payment to try and see if that would work and it did. Those 2 kids deserve a gold medal for being so helpful, supportive and patient, especially Airaka for what she was willing to do for me just to help us get out of there. Thank you both if you're reading this!

        I want to give a great big Thank You to Winn Dixie for donating a beautiful cake to our graduating 6th grade class. It was a beautiful and delicious! Thank You!!!!!
