Kfc

I was so disappointed, I should have read these reviews before I went. Very unprofessional, the only thing they have going for them is they are the only KFC for at least a ten mile radius.

PLEASE!!! Do not visit this KFC. These people are completely clueless! I've been there 3 times for a pot pie and every time they say they are out. Tonight they even told me next time call it in ahead of time. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! They just refuse to take it off their menu. They do not and will not ever have chicken pot pies! Never go there unless you like looking at woman with 15 hickeys on her neck wait on you. This place is disgusting!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, first they got my order wrong and second there were strands of long kinky black hair in the breading on the chicken and in the mashed potatoes, it took forever to get my order and there was a line after myself. All the phone does is ring off the hook and the one time it did answer all I got was a dial up for the internet, sorry but I won't be going back and recommend people stay away from this place !

I have been to this kfc 4 times in two years hopen they would get my order right. And it never happens they are higher priced then the other kfc's the customer service just down right sucks. After the last time of getting only half my order and haven to go back to them twice because the chicken was not cooked all the way i will not go back.

My chicken has not been cooked all the way on two different times of stopping here. And you dont find that out until your eatting it. So these people have lost us as a customer. I would rather travel into town or cook it myself then put my family at risk of a company not cooking the food all the way just because they have a line at the drive threw. I did notify there corp. office and they said it would be taken care of. But good luck on that. So if you want a good chicken meal i would say go to another place and not this kfc.

I printed KFC coupons from the KFC website and took one into the Middleburg restaurant and I was refused to be served.

I have also given some of the same coupons to my mom and dad and they would have probably used them.

This restaurant lost about 50 dollars in sales because of refusing their home office's discount coupons.

This is a very bad practice that other local restaurants do not adhere to.

If their chain name is on the coupons, then they are good in their store.

I guess that they just do not care if they can get the people's business that are on fixed incomes and can not afford to pay full price for anything.

Too bad for them.

We eat where we can afford to eat.

We scrimp every way and every place we can to live.

You just made it harder for us to enjoy life.
