West Bird Condo

I have a dead rat behind my patio and it's on the grounds of the bird Road Association condos and they have yet to give me a call! I left my phone number and everything. They used to be fast on their feet taking care of things but now you can't call anybody because nobody has their phones available. It's sad when my landlord has to ask me for a phone number for the association. I give them three stars
