Working with Vista Security Services was one of the most rewarding experiences I have ever had. I learned so much from Cpl. Lozano. He was always there for me anytime I had a question or just needed to talk. The owner Mr. Lopez was one of the best bosses I have ever worked for. He really cares about his employees and there families. Very professional company and I highly recommended them.

we attended an outside event at Tamiami Park 5/15/16 where Vista was a sponsor yet not even present then several vehicles were broken into and valuables stolen . Shortly after Vista appears. Almost seems like an inside job we are not ruling anything out yet. When the one man in a securiity uniform was asked where were you? he smiled and laughed it off. Inside job

Jorge not to sound rude but you probably should gave stayed with G4S because Vista is one of the worst security companies to work for in the area.They overwork their officer's on the sites in Lakeland they don't provide adequate uniforms for the officer's to work in then their Captain Ford on the Advanced site gossips claiming to other officers that someone is refusing to work when it is because her failing to provide those uniforms.The owner believes idle gossip from his Captains when there is no basis or prove to back up his accusations and he threatens his officers with legal retaliation when they did nothing wrong.They once worked a veteran of the United States military who had side effects of Agent Orange so many hours consecutively that he passed out twice on the gate and other officers were aware it happened but for fear of retaliation by Captain Ford they said nothing because if you speak up to tell the truth or refuse something she retaliates by spreading lies to everyone including the owner and then your hours are cut so much you can't afford to pay your bills.My character was constantly defamed and slandered by that woman and the owner lacked the common sense to actually look into the allegations to see if they were true he just took her word for everything when she is a habitual liar.You lost nothing but stress and financial ruin by them refusing to hire you

I went to this company for an interview and have never been insulted the way I was with vitsa. I am a former correctional officer sergeant for a state prison and have also worked for the best security company there is as a site captain with g4s. During the interview I was made to spit my gum out first of all, then when I advised I left the prison system due to extreme levels of stress they continuously brought up in the interview that security was a higher level of stress than working in a prison is. I let that go.. mind you I was surrounded by convicted murders with nothing more than a radio to save my life, unlike police and armed guards with guns. After I presented all my certifications as verification for my previous employment one guy noticed I had a hand tattoo and asked me if I had hand tattoos, I told him yes but only that one which was a cross, his very next question was "oh have you been convicted?' ??really?? I was shocked. I thought this was a professional company. Well the final straw was when he told me that they would call all my jobs to verify employment to which I agreed. I asked what he would tell my current employer being I wanted to keep the fact that I was seeking other employment private I was immediately badgered with questions of why? I told him I just did not want any issues with my current employer being that I am just looking for better pay. Well apparently why did I say that!! immediately again oh so what have you done that would make him want to retaliate? why would he fire you? what reason(s) does he have? At that point I advised them that that interview was simply a joke and departed. With my law enforcement background I stand 10 years strong in security and have never been made to feel the way these clowns have made me feel. I'm just glad I saw the companies true colors and am privileged that I do not need to take there b.s. for a job. In my opinion worst security company. The colonel and his lacky need some training on how to talk to people. So what if your retired police? remember your still human.
