THIS PLACE HAS A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WENT IN PERSON TO TRACK A PACKAGE AND THE LADY DINT EVEN TRACK MY PACKAGE IVE NEVER SEEN A PLACE LIKE THIS THIS PLACE NEEDS TO CLOSE IMMEADITELY AND BUILD SOMETHING ELSE LIKE LITERRALY AND ITS SO GHEETO EWWWWW

i have never seen a company with this kind of service, maybe they think are in a communist country, they don't care,
trying to solve a problem is even worst than the same problem

Terrible. Gave me a ham and cheese sandwich as compensation for my lost Xbox One. I advise NO ONE use this service. They didn't even have the kindness to give me a drink either.

MIAMI, FL USPS Sort Facility is the WORST!

This sort facility is the last known location of many of my missing packages. After inquiring with USPS, they are never able to assist or locate my missing packages. Their service sucks, rates increase often, and lose many packages--why should we use them? Although this organization is not technically a Government organization, it should be completely severed from the Government as they cannot do anything right.... Completely privatize the USPS now!

Very rude personal, the manager is the rudest and pretty incompetent as well. This post office has given me the worst experiences in my life, thry have lost about 3 of my packages and if you try to argue they won't help you at all. Today april 18 2014 is has happened again I just dropped an express envelope at the cost of 19.99, and now is no where to be found, they have no idea where my envelope is, something nasty is going on inside this location, they should bring a completly new management team and fix this place, doesn't even deserve one star.
