        I needed large custom-sized pillows for back cushions on a daybed. I wanted the daybed to be easier to sit on and look and feel more like a sofa. I made the pillow covers myself and ordered those large square pillows, at the back of the daybed in the picture, from United Pillow Manufacturing. It took about 2 weeks to receive these 4 custom pillows but they are superb!!! Excellent quality and excellent in every way! They are perfect!! I'm loving the look and transformation of the daybed. The measurements of my box edged pillows are 24x24x3, in case you want to transform your own daybed.

        I ordered a cushion for a very large window seat. Although I was delivered a cushion of excellent quality and exactly what I ordered, I realized what I had ordered was not exactly to my liking. The owner, Mike Rodriguez, ensured me that I got exactly what I needed. This involved re-sending various foams and fillers on 3 different occasions over a 30 day period until my window seat cushion sat properly and perfectly in the window seat for which it was designed. I am truly grateful to Mike and his company for the excellent customer service they provided. I will certainly buy from them again.

        Took a month to get 2 pillows and 6 pillow cases and it wasn't even free shipping. I paid $17 for shipping. I was frustrated thinking they were coming any day now but only to wait a month! Next time I'll pay a little more and get better service.

        I searched the Internet as well local company to do a banquette in my kitchen with pillows. I was hesitant to order on line but they were so easy to work with. When calling it was very personalized. They were very knowledgeable and listened to my needs. The pricing is unbelievable compared to local upholstery company around my area. They made my cushions and pillows and shipped them out in 7 days! This is one company I will definitely use again and recommend.
