I was moving before without help and is really stressful and hard, but with this company it was just fabulous. It was so nice and they really know what they are doing. They helped me from the beginning to the end, answered my entire question and took really good care of all my things before, during and after the move. They helped all the time with a smile. They made this move really easy and fast and even fun, they did it with the best intention. If you are moving you have to call them, if I have to move again I will absolutely call them again.

I just wanted a moving company that would be efficient while being affordable. But Unique van lines really went the extra mile. Their quote was just amazingly low. The men who arrived on time were very skilled and efficient. They packed all my belongings correctly and loaded them to the van. It was excruciating when I had to wait for 3 days to receive the delivery. Luckily, the delivered right on scheduled! I checked the inventory list and everything was delivered correctly. All my furniture was undamaged and I was so happy. I have come to admire this company for the job they do.

Firstly, the manager at Unique van lines was extremely accommodating when we had a last minute change in time due to elevator availability. He assured me that the movers will be there as early as possible. The crew showed up 10 mins earlier than scheduled/requested! They took extra care to wrap every single piece of furniture they touched and kept saying they have to treat it like it's theirs (I've had many a move where the movers didn't care one bit). The entire apartment was empty in such a short time! Upon arriving at the new location, they offloaded just as quickly, and didn't require payment before offloading began (again I've had moves in the past where the movers would not release my belongings until I paid). The final bill was exactly what I was quoted from day 1. There were no unexpected charges. This company is a very honest company. Everything they tell you at the time you contact them for a quote remains exactly the same. And the cost is extremely reasonable. No one needs to go broke just because they hired movers. The head mover and his assistants were incredibly efficient, so careful and so kind. You'd be doing yourself a disservice if you don't hire them.

I could have just moved hiring a van and asking a few friends to help. But the risk in that was badly damaging my valuables; and I just didn’t want the stress.
