horrible service , they stained my vehicle with a chemical, there are a bunch of underage kids working that they don't know what they are doing,also the lady on the front desk is super rude.

An employee hit my car from behind while it was still inside being cleaned. I happened to be sitting outside and I saw it happen. I could also see they had no intention of reporting it to me. It scratched my bumper. The damage was not significant, but what was significant was how RUDE and dismissive the manager was. He said It was ridiculous for me to even care about that and walked away. They did not even offer to refund the car wash. Truly disappointed, my family and I will never go there again and you shouldn't either!

I know most of these large car washes don't have the best customer service, but this takes the cake. Lea, at the register was rude when I asked her if there was any way I could only do an interior clean, as it seemed it was going to rain either way. She didn't say hello and just pointed at the menu of washes. Which I've seen before and know already that there is no specific one for interior. When I proceeded to hand the attendant my car I explained once more that I didn't want the wash part just a simple vacuum he hesitantly told me that dog hair was difficult to remove that he couldn't do anything about it. Which was the only reason for my interior needing to be cleaned. I asked if there was any way I could refund my wash and I was refused a refund.
Im sticking to washing my own car if it wasn't for my rush but next time if I'm in a hurry i'd much rather go to any of the hand washed car places at gas stations like at the Shell down the street. They serve to please and I would cash out twice as much just to feel like I'm a customer and not a bother. Sometimes even acting like you care makes the difference.
