Hi Larry, I just wanted to tell you I experienced the South Florida Limousine experience last night because my family and I were invited by George to come along to his daughters Graduation party. Gus our driver was great. He was our driver and pitched in as our photographer in several group shots in front of the Limo. He showed up early and was on the spot coming and going. He also has a great sense of humor and was very entertaining. How he backed in and parked the limo in George\'s drive way had me simply amazed. It\'s got to take some talent to drive something that long. Thanks so much for working with us, everyone had a wonderful time.

Drivers arrived on time and had a very charismatic personalities. On the first pick up, the driver made my daughter very comfortable. We were on our way to my daughter's Sweet 16th birthday party at a ballroom and my daughter was nervous. Very pleased with the service. Thank you.

DO NOT USE!!!! SCAM ARTISTS!!! They charged my credit card over a $100 extra without notifying me or even telling me. It wasn't until after my 4 day trip that I saw this extra charge on my credit card. It also took over a week to get someone on the phone to discuss this issue. I booked a transfer from Ft. Lauderdale to downtown Miami during Ultra 2013 weekend for an already agreed upon price, which they sent to me in contract via e-mail. Not only did they fraudulently charge my credit card without telling me but the limo was dirty and had cockroaches in it. After calling for over a week, I was finally able to talk to a "manager" about my unauthorized charge and was talked down to, treated rudely, and he refused to reverse the charges. He cussed at me and used racial slurs towards me and told me he would not take the money off. I had to call my credit card company to report an unauthorized charge. I am sure this is not the first time they have done this in hopes that people do not notice extra money on their card. BE VERY CAREFUL if you use them and don't expect anything less than being treated like a second-class citizen although their website says "first class service." Absolutely terrible.

Driver arrived 15mins early with a very clean car, stocked with water! Great driver...very personable!

We had relatives driven from the East to West Coast of Florida. It was an unusual request but you all stepped up to the plate and we had a wonderful experience. Sammy was a great, personable driver. It took the worries out of our vacation. Thanks.

We had a GREAT experience with South FL Limo - we booked round trip service from Ft Lauderdale airport to South Beach. Drivers were on time and very professional. Great service - we will definitely book with them again!

We contracted South Florida Limos on short notice without checking reviews on the Internet and became their next victim. If you're considering using this company, my advice is DON'T DO IT! I can't emphasize that enough. We asked this company to provide the best VIP service available to one of our best clients. We signed a contract and paid in advance, including 20% gratuity for the driver. This was a simple transport to Miami International Airport, a 10-mile ride.



What was supposed to be a nice gesture for our client and his family turned into a nightmare for our company when the limo driver demanded payment from our client and obtained his credit card imprint despite the fact that we had paid the full amount in advance. Needless to say, the client was embarrassed in front of his wife and friends and insulted that we had offered a complimentary ride that wound up costing him $102 for a 10 mile ride to the airport. Not the way to make a good impression.



When I contacted the company, it became evident why they have so many bad reviews all over the Internet and why they've racked up 25 complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Make sure you read the "filtered reviews" in Yelp, which contain no less than 18 negative reviews. Check different name variations because they use Limo and Limos as part of their name. No one at the company thought it was a big deal because according to them, the client's credit card was not charged. They refuse to understand that the damage was done the moment our client was asked to pay for what was supposed to be a complimentary ride.



After being bounced around to several employees, many of whom claim to be managers, I demanded to speak to the owner. The owner identified himself as Dale, but he is not the owner of record. I explained the situation to Dale and proposed a way for him to remedy the situation: have your best driver pick up our client on the way back and deliver a letter of apology for the other driver's indiscretion. Dale said my proposal was fair and he would call me the following day to get my client's arrival information. Dale never called and never made arrangements to deliver the letter of apology. He has refused to come to the phone. Since then, I've spoken to a woman who identifies herself as Mimor and claims to be the manager who runs the company. She offered again to draft the letter of apology, but never did.



In addition, there are many things that don't check out with this company. The company website lists a 26th Ave address, but Mimor claims that they operate from 610 S Dixie Hwy in Hallandale, FL. The 26th Ave location comes back to an apartment building and the listed owner is someone named Limor Rosenberg who registered the business with a fictitious name, not as a corporation. A new corporation named South Florida Limos was just created in June 2012, but Dale is not the owner. Sometimes when you call, employees say they don't know or cannot give out the company business address. Very shady operation. STAY AWAY!!!

i booked this limo once and i didnt like because a week ago

from FLL airport to Miami Beach

i didnt like their car, smell bad and driver offered me to transport me in private

with his car! he gave me his number to offer me and beg me to transport me next time !

i didnt like it. he even didnt help me with bag and he didnt help me to open the door

very bad service! car smelled with weeds and a lot of smoking!

Stay away from South Florida Limos (SFL). they take your reservation and days before event will cancel your contract w/ child like excuses and no remorse. they are dishonest, unprofessional, deceiving and such more. They false advertise online, as the event date gets closer they keep the higher rate given and drop everyone else, specially for PROM reservations, because the demand is higher. never before have I experienced such stress and range as I felt with SFL. Take this warning or you will be sorry. Maytell

I RESERVED A ESCALADE FOR MY DAUGHTERS PROM A MONTH BEFORE THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL WITH A BOOKING CONFIRMATION NUMBER AND EVERYTHING AND THE DAY BEFORE THE PROM THEY CALLED ME TO CONFIRM AND TOLD ME THEY WOULD BE THERE. THE DAY OF THE EVENT THEY CALLED IN THE MORNING SAYING THEY WEREN'T GOING TO MAKE IT BC THE AIR CONDITIONING OF THE CAR WAS BROKEN AND DIDN'T HAVE ANY OTHER CAR AVAILABLE. SO THEY NEVER SHOWED UP LEFT ME WITH 15 KIDS WITHOUT A RIDE TO PROM. DONT EVER GET THIS COMPANY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. NOT RESPONSIBLE AT ALL.......

These people are totally unreliable and unprofessional. They will say and do anything to take your money and run. They do not provide the services they offer. stay away from these people. Run like the wind away from these people. The web site demands that I give them a star rating but they deserve none.
