The worst customer service Kevin is a sales associates on the phone he told me he is the store manager he tell you anything to look good he is a completely lier

"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I called SoleFly to order the Krink x G Shock watch over the phone. They told me it would be $110 + $10 shipping and that they had 10 left. I called 30 minutes later and spoke to a different person on the phone. I said I was ready to order the watch for $120 and they said they were unable to do that. The employee claimed they only got 4 in total and they were $140 + $10 shipping. I asked if they could honor the previous quoted price (which is the MSRP of the watch - $110) and they said NO. They also said the retail price for the watch was $140 which is incorrect. I ordered the watch over the phone from Nordstrom a few days later for $110 + shipping. I refuse to ever order from SOLE FLY again unless I at least can get an apology. They were wrong and were trying to overprice their stuff and take advantage of customers"
