Slashers Printing Center

The owner of Slashers is an absolute piece of garbage. 33 years serving the community? I cant believe that he would have made it past 3 months! I went to print a resume, I was told that the owner had to get the resume paper from a locked storage room in the 'back', The owner was there but he was too busy to get the paper. He looked me right in the eyes and walked out of the store! SLASHERS NO MORE. BETTER SERVICE AND PRICES AT FEDEX OFFICE!! LESS THAN 1 STAR!

I've been here once to send a fax, the people working didn't seem very enthusiastic to be there, but they got the job done quickly. I was impressed by the decor being that I'm from the midwest and had never seen a business decorated in this manner. I would go back just to support a black owned business. After reading some of the reviews though, I was a little hesitant. But I am needing some printing done, and since I am somewhat familiar with this place, I tried to check out the website. It was under construction. So I called...The young lady on the phone was very polite and patient (I had a lot of questions). And did a good job of explaining prices and options. I will go back to have my copies made.

The owner of Slashers acted very nasty towards me and the staff seemed so careless to detail and incompetent on 10/1011. He refunded my money back after 3 attempts, and waiting 2 weeks to print my business cards and brochures the way I requested. I brought in a copy of my business card and brochure and simply asked the company to print copies as seen. The "graphic artist" couldn't do that. The staff does not pay attention to detail, the service is below average, and most of the staff is rude to customers. It was no fault of my own that the staff printed 1500 set of copies of the wrong material. The owner refused to do the correct job and refunded me my money because he wasted ink and paper because he and his staff could not follow simple directions. This company has been in business for 35 years and relatives, friends and I have done business with them in the past; I couldn't believe how nasty the owner reacted. I would not go back after this experience. If you have printing needs, I highly recommend that you go elsewhere. You can find quality somewhere else.

I have never been to this place I was looking for local businesses in the Liberty City Area i can across Slasher and another place called Business-X-Press I've read the review on the Business-X-Press office and even-thou it was only one it was very good. Now that I'm reading the reviews from Slasher in displease on the repeat lock of professionalize especially from the owner. I would like to thank everyone for helping me make a quick but easy choice....... Signing off saying No to Slashers.
