purchased through groupon and had a customer cake made; i'm not surprised I had to pay extra but it was well worth it. You can't expect them to do customer work at a groupon price. They provided good service. overall good experience

Be careful, I ordered a square cake and they did a round cake. Very upsetting to me since I specifically wanted a square cake because it was a Minecraft theme for my son's birthday and I even pay extra. Other thing that the cake the following day was bad already. Usually cakes last longer.

I also bought a Groupon but had a completely different experience. True the service left about to be desired & I wasn't thrilled that I had pay a bit extra for what I wanted but it was a pretty elaborate cake. You can see it on their Facebook page (4 tier Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Cake) and it was super tastey & moist. Seriously amazing!

The service is HORRIBLE! She needs to invest in someone who can speak to customers and understand what they want. I bought a groupon deciding to try it it out. Not only did he say he could not do what I wanted which was simple but the cupcakes where stale! I will never return . Super disappointed I expected way better
