Rugsies

Spent $1500 on rug cleaning after the water damage caused by the hurricane and the rug came back looking as if it has not been touched... Absolutely no difference except for minus $1500 on my account. Even the old stain of me pouring a glass of lemonade did not come out. NO-THING. I still gave the rug to Hilliard rug cleaners since a lot of my neighbors succeeded with them and while they were more expensive they did take out the stains. Don't waist your time and money on Rugsies!

This is truly the best service experience! I have used them twice to clean my rugs and I will not ever go anywhere else. The promptness and efficiency of collection and delivery, the way in which the service man treated me and my home with respect, the updates during the process, the cleaning process was faster than promised, and my carpets look brand new! The RUGSIES management followed up promptly to check on my experience and thanked me for my business. The service man helped me to unwrap and lay the carpets down and even helped me arrange my dining set (not part of the service), with a smile. This company feels like it cares about it's customers. The service man also gave me helpful advice on carpet care.

I can always count on you for fast reliable servie. When someone asks for a rug cleaning company, I can only recommend one Rugsies. Over and Over again i have received excelent service and ruslts from this company. Why would anyone go anywhere else to get there carpet cleaned. In and out without a drop of water they clean my rugs and guess what i can walk on them immediately WOW what a great service.
