        Fernando is a class act, not to mention the absolutely precious, quality jewelry they carry. It's not easy to find honest caring jewelers. Fernando and his staff continue to provide great service even after you purchase an item. I wouldn't go anywhere else. (Neither would my husband)! This is why the City's Firemen are loyal to Richard's! Thanks for the wonderful quality and service throughout the years!

        After reading glowing reviews for Richard's Gems and Jewelry, I visited Fernando to have several pieces reappraised. I am so very glad that I did. Fernando, along with Pablo and the entire team at Richard's is absolutely a pleasure to work with. I walked in during a very busy Friday afternoon, and I was immediately and very warmly greeted by Fernando. He is patient and really understands what it means to deliver excellent customer service. I highly recommend Fernando at Richard's to any and everyone for all their jewelry needs. Thank you to the entire staff. I look forward to visiting you again!
