I needed to move my daughter from the Miami area to Pennsylvania and was contacted by Frank Martino of "Pro Movers Miami". The estimated cost was very reasonable and he seemed to be professional so I signed an agreement for them to perform the move. What a mistake. I flew to Miami to assist my daughter and two days before the move confirmed with Frank that everything was a go. The movers were scheduled to show up on Saturday at 9:00 am but they never showed up. I checked emails to discover that Frank had sent me an email at 6:00 pm the day before the move. In this email he stated the company had no trucks going to PA and would not be able to help me. He didn't even have the guts to call me about this. This left me stranded in Florida and scrambling to find an alternative over a holiday weekend. One more caution. This guy initially represented a company called "Pro Movers" but it changed to "Move For Less" at some point after my initial contact. This was a huge red flag that I missed. Regardless of the company name, if you're dealing with an individual named Frank Martino, pick someone else.

My friend recommended Pro Movers to me when I needed moving services. Just to make sure I checked their reviews and I found them the right company. They were really helpful and I feel happy that I chose them over other moving companies. They have friendly staff and professional approach. They offered a reasonable quote and assured the best services. They arrived when they promised and safely handled the move. The delivery was also swift and proper. At the end, all my belongings reached the destination without any breakage or damages.

My experience with ProMovers was the best I ever had with any moving company. They were great in terms of everything right from packing, loading, unpacking, unloading and finally arranging the items in the new house. I could see that they were well trained and knew everything pertaining to the move. I would also like to appreciate the fact that they didn't take unnecessary breaks during the move. So, I really don't have anything bad to say about them. What made things better was their reasonable price. I have already recommended ProMovers to a lot of my friends, relatives and colleagues.

My overall experience with ProMovers was pretty satisfactory. The way their loaders were handling everything, I could see that they were experienced and well trained. This was the first time I was hiring a professional moving company and so was a bit worried initially. But after looking at how well they handled my possessions, I was sure things won't go wrong. They had marked the carton carrying fragile ware so that it could be easily distinguished. So, I was pretty happy with their efforts to keep everything safe. Their guys did an amazing job and I am glad I hired them.

I have moved from a two bedroom apartment to a much bigger apartment. I called up ProMovers Miami when my friend told me about their services. I am happy that I took his advice. My move was efficiently handled by the moving guys that too at a great price. I am really satisfied with their customer services, honesty, and knowledge. They packed all the belongings using special boxes and loaded everything properly without damaging anything. They patiently listened to my concerns and effectively addressed them too.
