I have worked with Teresita and her staff on many closings and must say they are amazing. I can't think of a time when Teresita was not available to answer my calls (even after hours). Her staff is kind, courteous and professional. Working with Teresita has made each and every closing seamless and as a businessman myself time is of the essence. I do not often take the time to leave reviews, but I just had to for the outstanding service I receive with Posh title.

Posh Title helped me buy my home. The team they have there with Teresita and Manny always answered all my calls and would even stay later to help do my closing. Buying a house is very stressful but with the team at Posh Title, they will make your home buying experience as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend Posh Title Services!!! They not only put you first but are also very attentive to all of your needs. I think I must have called Teresita over 50 times and not once was she rude or not willing to answer my 100 questions. Even during this pandemic they were able to get our deal closed so quickly. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY & OWNERS! Teresita *Teresita* Somonte and her brother, Manny Del Rio, are a disgrace. Upon the completion of this review, I will compose my complaint about her and Posh Title with the Florida Division of Insurance and Insurance agents, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and Old Republic National Title Agencies (Her underwriting agencies that allow her to conduct business). She is a vile, dishonest and shameful woman who should be put out of business.

Where to begin? How about the consistent failure to provide accurate figures on the HUD-1 Closing statement. From an incorrect purchase price, commission amount, to charging me (the seller) fees that the buyer is responsible for, to failure to get my mortgage pay-off certification, and HOA estoppel letter. Having the nerve to complain about her staff' incapable abilities, she refused to answer repeated phone calls and when finally returning a call, was hostile, belligerent and defensive. On closing day, she tried to get me to pay a fee outside of closing that had nothing to do with her or my transaction and when I refused, she cancelled the loan package and sent the buyers away. She obstructed the ability to close on time, as scheduled.

I intend to file a detailed complaint with every licensed entity relating to this fraudulent conduct to prevent anyone else from being harmed by this virulent woman. Oh, and all those positive reviews from "clients" of Posh Title Services, were written by Somonte and her staff. Note the dates and times they were written, and ISP locations.

Finally, I'd like the thank the first amendment of the constitution of the United States of America for allowing me free speech to post this. Seeing how, The owners of Posh Title hired the newly graduated lawyer in training (and relative), Gregory Boan, to send me a CEASE AND DESIST letter threatening to sue me if I did not remove this review. Seems he forgot that part in law school about the first amendment.

Oh, and thanks to Congress for passing the Consumer Review Freedom Act in 2015 after idiot business owners tried to intimidate free humans from posting their negative experience with their crappy business. Free TRUTHFUL speech is alive and well ;)
