I highly recommend Park N Fly. It is convenient and they make it very easy and fast to leave and pick up the car. There is hardly any wait for the shuttle and the employees are friendly and helpful.

like the ability to make reservations and prepay. the facility is clean and service is friendly. however the one area you need to improve and i have complained to you before is the pick up at the airport. just this week i waited over 20 minutes at MIA before the first truck came by. i sent 2 text messages never got a response so i called in they said the text had not come but in any case at 9pm the truck should have been coming around more often.

I have been a customer for almost a year. Always professional, very curious and friendly staff. I have the option to park myself and one of the most important criteria for me is timely service..... They always exceed my expectations. The know me by name, the drivers know my usual airlines, the specific gates and they take me to my car. First time at Miami. I liked very much the driving inside, leaving the car with a valet, and walking just a few steps to the bus. On the return, we called first, got on the bus with our bags, rode to the garage, and found the car waiting with the back and doors opened. The driver help us with our bags. We went to the cashier and left in a matter in a matter of minutes. GREAT SERVICE

We tried your service several years ago then tried others. Your service is much better than any other parking providers. We joined your frequent parker program and will remain loyal as long as your product keeps up to this high level of service.

Easier than parking at the airport. Just drop the car off without looking for a parking space and then ride comfortably to the terminal. At MIA parking is a hassle, sometimes its hard to find a spot. Once you find a place, half the elevators don't work and it can be quite a walk from the car to the terminal. Park n' Fly is a much better option.

Fantastic experience. In door parking, quick, easy...the car was waiting when the van pulled up. Would not park anywhere else.

Very convenient and indoor drop off and parking is great. Unloading luggage in a Florida storm is the pits. And here they do it for you.

Miami has valet parking - and they wash your car!!! :) I'm definitely taking advantage of the detailing service next time!! I also love that they offer you a cold bottle of water. That's awesome! The service is phenomenal!
