        My original review was ONE star but their owner/operator Mr. Arniella IMMEDIATELY apologized for the problem upon learning the details from the service person and sent us a full $240 refund. We insisted on paying the $90 service call plus $50 for the part to allow for just a $100 refund, but he insisted on refunding the entire amount. Thus, they are a FIRST CLASS operation and we would definitely recommend them in the future and use them again. Thank you, Dr. Thomas
