Miller Road Animal Clinic

My toy Chihuahua weighs only 2.8 pounds and I’ve been taking her since this office opened and I’ve been very happy with the treatment and expertise that I’ve gotten there. Recently my dog was limping with her right leg curled up and they offered me a new laser treatment for the issue and it was amazing that after just a handful of treatments, her leg is perfect now and she walks on it without an issue. I would recommend this animal clinic to everyone.

If it's wasn't for Dr. Gallardo and his expertise, my 10 year old Jack Russell mix Mugzy would not be here. Not too long ago my pet had a distended abdomen and he was not looking like his usual self. I took him to his primary vet clinic and they found on his X-rays that he had a large abnormality in his abdomen. The Doctor initially thought it was an enlarged spleen and a splenectomy was recommended, they didn't feel comfortable doing the surgery because they felt they didn't have enough blood for a blood transfusion if necessary. I was miraculously referred to Dr. Gallardo by a coworker and I couldn't be more thankful for everything they did for me and for my dog mugzy. The staff stayed after hours for several hours for the surgery and he ended up having a 3 lbs tumor that was attached to his kidney, in which Dr. Gallardo was able to successfully remove the tumor, a small part of an intestine it was attached to, and a kidney it was attached to as well. The staff was so wonderful with how they treated my family and I during this hard time, showing genuine concern and care for my pet. I've been rechecking his blood work and X-rays annually and my dog is as good as new, absolutely incredible work! I would highly recommend Miller road animal hospital to anyone who is looking for quality veterinary care and services. Thank you again from Mugzy and myself for saving my best friends life!

When you have a sick member in your family choosing a doctor can be a long and hectic process, your pets are no different. My sweet girl Fergie had a mass on her neck near a sensitive and delicate area.My poor girl was having trouble sleeping at night snoring and waking up at all hours. Doctor Yuni Gallardo was really an angel. He and the staff at Miller road animal clinic really put me at ease. After her surgery my girl is no longer snoring and really her recovery has been so far speedy and successful. I generally don't write reviews but don't have any possible way of thanking the staff here for there kindness and attention. If you have the hard decision of making a choice in vets please consider the staff at miller road animal clinic.

El 3 de julio del 2017 teniamos una emergencia con mi perrito Toby(Yorky) tenia la mandíbula fracturada. El sábado en la noche lo atacó un perro grande que además de la fractura le saco un poco el ojito izquierdo hacia afuera. En una clínica que trabaja 24 horas le pusieron el ojito en su lugar esa madrugada y le inmovilizaron la mandíbula ,pues allí no operaban. Así pasó el domingo con mucho dolor , estábamos desesperados. Al fin lunes 3... !!! A las 9:00 am comencé a llamar a Miller Road que estaba cerrada por ser víspera del 4 de julio y no abría hasta el miércoles 5. Llame varias veces hasta que al fin me responde el teléfono un trabajador de la clínica que pasó casualmente por el lugar. Y ahí comenzó todo. El muchacho localizó al doctor le explico,envió fotos y radiografías de Toby . El doctor dejó sus vacaciones, abrió la clínica y sobre las 2:00 Pm ya había operado a mi perrito. La operación fue un éxito, Toby se está recuperando muy muy bien !!!!!!! Les estamos muy agradecidos..., además de complacidos con la atención, la higuiene, los cuidados y el cariño a Toby los 2 días que quedó allí recuperándose, además del precio que fue Economico después de tantas molestias. Recomiendo esta clínica para su mascota un 100% !!!!!!! Gracias por todo!!!!!!!

Everyone there knows what they're doing and how to handle and care for the animals. The staff is great and makes you and your pet feel welcomed and safe instantly. Real great place!

the experience with the doctor and the staff was great, i came to this vet after going to benfield... everything with doctor gallardo was different, he knew what he was talking about, he gave me options and took the time to explain every single detail i needed to know... he stayed after hours to make sure my dog was fine to go home. All his staff was helpful and the prices were great compared to banfield. i can thank you enought for what you've done for us

Tuve Una Emergencia con mi perrita y encontre esta nueva clinica cerca de mi casa, quede impresionada con el profesionalismo , el amor y los bajos precios que hicieron posible salvar la vida de mi peque, la limpieza que caracteriza ese hospital es increible no parece ser una clinica de animales y el colectivo es maravilloso, le recomendare este lugar a todos mis amigos y conocidos, para que reciban exelentes cuidados para su mascota y mucho calor humano. In searching for a vet, I've been to this clinic twice to ask questions because the office is so close to my home. Unfortunately, the woman at the front desk is so rude, I never got far with my questions. On both days, she never looked up at me and mumbled brisk, rude responses, making it obvious I was unwelcome. I have a large family of companion animals and their care is a priority for me. There are many excellent vets in the Kendall area, unfortunately, this is not one. *** There should be an option for *ZERO* stars.

Es una oficina maravillosa y super limpia no parece una clinica de animales. Los Doctores son muy atentos y amables y saben realmente de su trabajo contestando todas mis preguntas y eran muchas porque soy mama primeriza. Han tratado a mi gatico como si fuese el suyo propio. Y el wellness plan anual es un super deal he pagado $170.00 por un ano con todas las vacunas, laboratorio de sangre, y la castracion incluida y aparte un 10% de descuento en todo lo extra que mas se puede pedir?

I loved this new clinic i found! I would recommend to everyone to go and get there pets seen and up to date with vaccinations, along with heartworm, flea/tick prevention there. The location is well kept, the staff is very friendly and knowledgable, and most importantly, provided the necessary care for my doggie. I loved the attention and the time given to explain things i did not understand or know. No sales pitch, no trying to sell extra unnecessary stuff! You guys are running a faboulos business and congratulate you on teaching/molding your staff to be as it is. Great location, loved you guys! Great job, you get an A+ in my book, and the other person who left you a bad comment has no idea what he is talking about. The coupons work and save a lot of money through them. And tags are a set price is most places as the county sells them for $30(fixed animals) or $60(not-fixed). And FYI, un fixed females can develop pyometra in the long run, which is a bad infection in the uterus and also ends up being a very much needed emergency surgery that is also very costy, or your pet can die. People should get there facts straight before putting others down, specially when they provide such great care.

This is an amazing clinic with a wonderful staff. I would recommend this location to everyone as the staff is very knowledgable and show care for their patients and the owners! Truly love this location!

Dog Lovers Beware, I got this coupon in the Mail for MiLLER Rd Animal Clinic A week ago and the Coupon Card had Several Items you could do there For your Cat or Dog, One of them was Get Vaccination for your Pet $ 5.00 Wow seem to good to be True So I called the Number and and the Reception that answered the Phone I asked her told her I got this Coupon in the Mail and asked her about the $ 5.00 Vaccination shots

I asked her what the Catch was?? I was told no Catch, She asked me if i had a male or female dog, I told her Female she asked me if it was spayed I told her No she was not spayed. So i made an Appt, for Today June, 15th 2012 for 11:00 am I went to the Appt and walked in the door The Reception Women is So unfriendly you never want to go back again. She took all the info for my dog took me in to the office Weighed My dog and took me back to a Room went to talkto the doctor and then She said you have the Coupon I said it was in my Car Wow she wanted that Coupon so Bad So I went to get it Gave it to her And the Doctor came in told him I was there for Te Vaccination shot for my dog he put on his stethoscope put it on my dog and then looks at Her teeth told me I need to feed My Dog only Hard Food, He pushed on her Stomach , Never looked in My Dogs Ears And Said I had a Healthy Dog. Wow Great to know When I already Knew that. I was there For a $ 5.00 Vaccination SHOT !!!! Now Guess whats Next? The Doctor Wanted to Sell Me a Annual Plan For my Dog For $ 199.95 for the Year On Top of that He Told Me if i did not get My Dog spayed she could get an affection and it could cost me $1000's of dollars in medical bills to help My dog. OK GET YOUR SALES PITCH OVER WITH ALREADY PLEASE, When all said and done I went Back to The Reception desk to pay my Bill, guess what? I asked her if the coupon was going to be good for my other two dogs She Smiled and said NO It is for one visit per coupon And I told her before i made the appt that i had 3 dogs But could only bring one at a time Never told me i could use the coupon just for one dog. Know to my DOG BILL.. They charged me $35.00 for Examination $ 5.00 for Vaccination Rabies Tag $65.00 Then the Bill Said First Time Client $ $35.00 But All together Was only Charged $65.00 I know I was ROBBED When i could of went To MIAMI DADE COUNTY Animal services for under $ 30.00 I just want to WARN People when you Go to the VET Plan On Paying His Rent for the Month if you let Him. They Know we Love Are Pet So They think THEY CAN GET AWAY With soaking your Wallet, And the Answer is No I would never go there Again Or tell My Friends About this Place DONT TRUST COUPONS!!!!
