It is responsible for the administration of city s compensation and payroll systems. The division offers recruitment and records maintenance services. It provides resume evaluation and career counseling services. The division is also responsible for establishing and maintaining medical services for employees. It coordinates and monitors interview processes. The division complies with the guidelines of local, state and federal laws.
