        This company is a big time scam. We signed up to them for my wife's practice and they promised they would immediately start credentialing and billing. $1700 later plus $800 from their software partner company meditouch and nothing was done over a month of constantly trying to reach them. They always pretend like they are in meetings and supposedly the owner does the credentialing himself which is mainly part of the reason nothing gets done. They pretend to have a big fancy office but once you enter there is no staff working! I called each week and still no staff. Every time i asked they told me their staff were in continued education classes but the truth is they probably didn't pay their staff so they all left him or the president Joseph Castranova had lost all his clients to his scam as well. I strongly urge everyone not to fall into the same trap and do not lose over a month of business with him. We are losing all the claims we had that were not accounted for an thousands of dollars of lost accounts receivables. Save yourself, quick.

        MedXperts Revenue Cycle Management has been our billing and EHR company for 8 years. We have a very large practice and they handle all our claims as well as our HMO claims and we have a 5.0 HEDIS score. They are truly the best in the business.

        I have several associates currently doing business with Mr. Joseph Castranova & the MedXperts team who are very gratified their services. Prior to implementing with MedXperts, many Physician offices are dependent upon out of date business analytics to provide them with metrics and data. Their turnaround time could be days or weeks. The EHR software gives real-time data and becomes an invaluable tool to any practice. I know MedXperts would help improve your billing process, converting from previous paper-based. It will completely surprise you just how your billing team will finish the previous equivalent of a full day’s work by 11 a.m. each day.
