        Great service and honest

        Took my SUV to Master for sagging headliner as they are the only recommended company in miami area. They quoted me a very fair price and completed on time. I shopped around before I chose Master and won't have to in the future. Ralph the manager is great.

        Took my 2007 Audi A4 convertible top to repair the back window seal as it was becoming detached. During the repair my audi's convertible electric sensor stopped working and they took it to a repair shop, fixed it, and DID NOT CHARGE ME for sensor repair. The price he quoted me on the phone never changed and there were no surprises. I am so used to shops changing prices or attempting to rip u off in Miami/Miami Beach it is such a pleasant feeling when you finally deal with a good person who does good work. Kudos Ralph, you are getting all my friends business as well!

        I went there to fix the top of my convertible. They did a sloppy job, left the car so dirty inside that we had to spend one hour to clean it (there were even birds excrements on the seat!), behaved in a very unprofessional and offensive manner and even tried to refuse the credit card for payment ("cash only!"). Absolutely not recommended.
