Lehman Mitsubishi

Very professional people! I stopped in yesterday to get new tires on my Lancer, and I was in and out fairly quickly. Would recommend.

What a scam!! I bought a Mitsubishi Outlander with them 3 years ago at their Kendall Mitsiubishi Branch, and when I got the car they offered me this prepaid maintenance plan and told me that if I did all my maintenance with them the tires change will be free. I dutifully did during the last 3 and a half years all my maintenance with them until last week when it was time to get my tires changed, I got to the dealership as always and told them that I needed to have the tires changed and that they should cover the cost of the change since I have made all my maintenance with them . They just looked at me as if I were an alien and told me that they didn't have such a promotion, and that they had acquired that branch from Lehman Mitsubishi. and that I should talk to them about it (Even tough all my prepay maintenance vouchers say Kendall Mitsubishi) I called Lehman and after being transferred from one department to the other a very rude lady told me that they would not honor the free tires change promise since they had sold the dealership where I had bought my car, and that if I had it in written I should go to their office and show them the paper. I went to my house, picked up all the papers I had from when I purchased the car and drove the 20 miles to their main office. Once I arrived with the papers, as you can imagine I asked to talk to a manager, and I explained him the situation. Can you believe that he told me that they had no obligation whatsoever to fulfill what they had promised me when I bought the car, and asked me to leave their office immediately! I had never been treated so bad in my life or felt as insulted and scammed. I don't really care about the cost of the tires, but the fact that for almost 4 years I've been doing business with them (not the cheapest services) just because I trusted them. I can only imagine how much they must have laughed behind me and all the others that fell for the Scam. By the way, the new management of Kendall Mitsubishi told me I was not the only one that had had that problem.

Great customer service; honest answers and no bringing us in with false internet advertisements. We originally went to North Broward Chrysler Jeep Subaru and had a terrible experience with their Subaru salesman. Made our experience with William Lehman wonderful as the North Broward experience was so deceptive; my husband and I would never go back to North Broward to buy any car!!
