si es verdad Maria quien es una de dos manager en esta tienda, tiende a aprovecharse de la gente. si ella te ensena algo y cree que tu tienes interes en algo y lo quieres comprar te dice el precio que a ella le da la gana. por ejemplo le pedi que me ensenara unas gafas y cuando le pregunte el precio me dijo $55.00 dolares. (las gafas decian $10) una perfecta descarada. NO LO PODIA CREER!!!! Este tipo de abuso debe ser reportado. eso es completamente ILLEGAL. Si van de compras aqui, donde la gente pobre compra ropa barata para poder ir a trabajar desentemente, tenga mucho cuidado con esa persona. LOLA la otra manager esta consiente de esto y la protegen. MUCHO CUIDADO!!!!!!!!! esa mujer no deberia ni trabajar ahi.

This review is in reference to the lady that was taken by MARIA at the Goodwill on 117th ave and Sunset Drive. Ok Here is my advise, the fact that you where taken was terrible, you lost $200. Chances are you are not going to see that money again, what you really need to do is contact LORRAINE at Headquaters, tell her about Maria but ask her why their minimun wage workers feel the need or pressure to sell the way they do, I have stood in the front register there at that exact location and heard a group of employees there, including Maria in fact talking about how much they need to sell on that day, has this pressure lead them to price gauging? isn't that what that is called? ask LORRAINE if this is what SHE considers NON PROFIT? you don't have a case with your loss which by the way is not really your fight here. Write a letter to your State Representative about all this, include all their names, MARIA< LORRAINE and the OTHER MANAGER ,MARIA'S MANAGER. As for your watch, listen the best thing you can do is never shop there again, if you bought a watch for $200 in there that only means you where a regular big dollar spender there and as much as you think that you not going to shop there is not going to hurt them again, think again, they'll feel the loss. Don't shop there again and tell everyone you come into contact ith what has happened. make sure you tell them which store it was, you don't want to give other Goodwill's with honest people a bad name, Good luck. The idea of going to the Goodwill to buy an item at a great price is sounds great, right? think again. There is a Store Manager in the Sunset and 117th av. her name is Maria, that sells fake watches at an incredible high price. She claims she had them check and often says that they are gold when in fact this is not true. Beware, she did this to me. when I called to complain to her regional Manager he said that she never said the item was gold. He didn't know that others around me heard this too. SHE SELLS UNDER FALSE PRETENSE!!! DOING THIS IS UNETHICAL, CONSUMERS HAVE THE RIGHT TO KNOW THE TRUTH ABOUT ITEMS THEY BUY. SHE SHOULD LET PEOPLE MAKE A CHOICE NOT BASED ON LIES BUT ON THE TRUTH ABOUT AN ITEM. SHAME SHAME SHAME!! TO HER & TO HER REGIONAL MANAGER his name is LUIS GARCIA.
